Lomani Eleven is a newly built, tastefully furnished 4 bedroom house. All rooms are light and airy with full glass sliding doors which open up to enjoy the salty ocean breeze. The spacious living area features polished concrete floors, MCM House white linen “Joe deep” sofa lounges and a large flat screen TV with sound bar that can be synced to your device for music. Bring the outside in or the inside out with the large bi-fold glass sliding doors spanning the entire length of the generously proportioned outdoor space.
Enjoy a home cooked meal, a BBQ or takeaway in comfort both indoors and outdoors. The modern kitchen is ideal for if you're in the mood to try any of the local farmers markets produce and prepare a delicious meal. A beautiful MCM House timber table and chairs provide seating indoors, while a large outdoor dining table comfortably seats a crowd on bench seats. Or sit back and watch the action in the kitchen on one of the counter stools.
The living spaces are impeccably styled which will make you feel like you are living in a magazine shoot while still giving you a sense of pure relaxation. Watch the kids play on the lawn or in the pool whilst relaxing on the outdoor lounges... or join in the fun with a game of Finska. Rinse the sand off under the outdoor hot and cold shower in the pool area.
Upstairs are our 4 generously sized and light filled bedrooms, all with balcony access. The main bathroom is also located upstairs and features a large bath perfect to soak in or shower under your pick of shower head.
If you are planning your days to be spent on the beach we supply Business & Pleasure Co beach umbrellas, tents and beach chairs.
If you are travelling with infants, we have a travel cot, small stroller and Bumbo baby seat for your use. If you request one day ahead of your arrival we are more than happy to make up the porta-cot.
You will also find a selection of board games and books to save you from bringing your own.
We keep the fridge and pantry stocked for our guests with olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, milk, tea & coffee making facilities.
All cleaning items are supplied including washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, surface spray, sponges, garbage bags, paper towel etc. Hand soap in Kitchen and each bathroom, plus organic soap and toilet rolls. Tea towels are also provided.
Fully serviced quality linen with bath and beach towels provided.

PINK ZINC BEDROOM
Our master bedroom is a perfect parent’s retreat and features a Queen sized “Kóala” bed with soft sheets and quilts. There is a generous walk in robe and an en suite with double sinks, your choice of shower-head, toiletries and plush bath towels. A balcony creates a light filled and airy ambience.
YELLOW ZINC BEDROOM
Our “Yellow Zinc” room features 2 Sealy single mattresses with soft sheets. The beds can be joined if you prefer. Spare pillows, quilts and blankets are provided in the cupboard. Games, books and puzzles are located in the wardrobe. The sun filled bedroom also features full glass sliding doors which open out to the walk way verandah and catch the ocean breezes.
GREEN ZINC BEDROOM
Our “Green Zinc” room features a comfy Queen sized bed with soft sheets and quilts. Spare pillows, quilts and blankets are provided in the cupboard. The sun filled bedroom also features full glass sliding doors which open out to the walk way verandah and catch the ocean breezes.
